Community Access and Appointments

Community access support

Helping you stay connected, active, and involved in your community.

Empowered Pathways supports NDIS participants to engage with their community in ways that are meaningful and enjoyable. Whether it’s attending social events, learning new skills, or simply getting out and about, our community access supports are designed to help participants build confidence, independence, and strong social connections.

We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators to understand individual interests and goals. From there, we provide support that encourages participation, builds life skills, and helps participants feel comfortable and included in their community.
